New York State 4-H Club Management Notebook.

These manuals were created specifically for the Cornell Cooperative Extension 4-H Youth Development Club Program and authored by your colleagues from across the state.

The New York State 4-H Club Management Notebook for Staff is intended for use by Extension Educators who are responsible for the administration of the 4-H club program within their county Cornell Cooperative Extension Associations, and by all other 4-H staff members responsible for the implementation of those programs. Philosophy, background information and practical suggestions are combined to help staff put theory into action.

The New York State 4-H Club Leader Handbook emphasizes practical application of the youth development principles that are the foundation of the 4-H program. It is a "how to" book intended for use as both a leader training guide and reference manual. Downloadable version:    The New York State 4-H Club Leader Handbook
